Check-In will begin on Friday, February 24 at 5pm and will run until 10pm. Check-In will resume at 6:45am on Saturday, February 25 and will end at 8am. If you are driving in on Saturday morning, please arrive in ample time to be checked in by 8am. On Between January 23 and January 31, all Fitness Professionals will receive an email with detailed information regarding arriving to Fitness Expo. Once plans are collected, times for Check-In will be announced and posted on t this page.
To expedite the Check-In Process, please abide by the following:
- Upon arrival, park in the "Colesium Lot" and all head into McComas Hall (follow the directional signs).
- Welcome bags will be given to all participants as they enter the room.
- Once in the Single Gym, send all students to the Informal Social area to enjoy pizza and snacks. Fitness Professionals and university representatives head to Check-In table to receive T-Shirts and university materials.
- After enjoying refreshments, facility tours will begin.
- Presenters can go with a representative to see the room he/she will be presenting in.
At any point you need assistance, please ask someone in an orange staff shirt.
