Obstacle Boot Camp is a FUN, challenging, interval workout designed to push the participants to "dig deep" and discover their limits. An obstacle course is set up and participants are divided into small groups to work parts of the course one section at a time. Throughout the class "Buddy Checks" are randomly called and participants pair up for a quick partner drill or two. Upon completion of the course intervals, participants engage in additional core work followed by a "trial run" of the entire course. At the end of class, each team is timed and compete for the title of "TEAM CHAMPION". The format of the class and how to teach it is discussed, and participants in this workshop will be able to take home ideas that can be put into practice on Monday.
